Debbie joined Baird Financial Group in the summer of 2011 and has extensive knowledge of the insurance marketplace having been in the industry for over 20 years. She received her Texas Agent license in 2003.

Day to day, Debbie is responsible for servicing all client customer care. This includes but not limited to ensuring our clients are current with their premium payments, handling any insurance claims for benefits, and generally overseeing that the office is run in the most efficient matter; much like a practice manager in a physician’s office. She is also a notary public.

Born and raised in Dallas, Debbie enjoys giving back to her community through volunteering her time at a non-profit organization called, Attitudes and Attire, which serves women who are recovering from drug and alcohol addiction. She is also a lover of classic rock & roll, fashion, and in her spare time, is a blackjack and roulette dealer for private casino parties.
